The Youth Program serves WIOA eligible youth between the ages of 14 – 21 through year-round and summer programs. The Vision for Youth outlined in the Workforce Investment Opportunity Act is for “all youth to acquire the necessary skills and work experience to successfully transition into adulthood, careers, and further education and training.” Santa Barbara’s current Youth Program is under the leadership of PATHPOINT.  Please contact the following for information on the Youth Programs in North and South Santa Barbara County:
